We are seeking to amass a large roster of experienced guards looking for as needed work to do events and short-term details. You will be an EMPLOYEE of Mid-Hudson Security Consultants, LLC and not a 1099 contractor.
How It Works:
- A client books us.
- A notification to all available guards will go out.
- Whoever commits first and is hand picked by our operations team will be assigned the detail.
- You will complete the detail and be paid based on our payroll cycle. All applicable taxes will be taken out.
Qualifications:
- Active or retired law enforcement and military get priority assignments.
- Must possess a NYS security guard license (armed or unarmed).
- Must own a black business suit with black dress shoes.
- Must take pride in how you look.
- For driving assignments (executive protection details), you must have a NYS drivers license with no recent at fault accidents or points to drive our luxury SUVs or rentals.
- For NYC assignments, you must have a NYC pistol permit or HR218 if you are not active LE.
In person interviews of select applicants will be scheduled soon. Please arrive in a suit and tie and groomed -- as you would dress while working for us. Bring your NYS drivers license, NYS security guard license, pistol permit, and social security card to speed up the process.
